We have access to bulk fares on US Air and American Airlines:
These are available if you are booking your accommodations with us. Please contact us for a quote. We will need the following information:

1. Legal names of everyone that needs tickets. The names and spelling must match your travel documents (passport or official birth certificate and a photo ID).
2. Travel dates and alternative dates if you are flexible.
3. Departure city or airport and any other possible airports.

Note regarding bulk airfare: These are often lower than the regular fare but can be higher than a sale fare. Your best fares and availability are usually for Monday - Thursday travel days. The lower fares are not available for heavily traveled periods. The blackout dates for bulk fares are close to Christmas, New Years, Presidents week and Thanksgiving holidays as well as other school vacations. Flexibility is the key to lower fares.

St Martin is both Dutch and French; it is a few hundred miles east of Puerto Rico. Anguilla, Saba and St. Barth are the nearest neighbor islands and can be reached by ferryboat or very short flights from St. Martin. On a clear day, Saba can be seen from Simpson Beach. Stacia or St. Eustatia and Nevis/ St. Kits are just a little further away.

Several carriers currently serve the island from the US: American, Continental, US Air, Jet Blue and Delta. There is service from other Caribbean islands (Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, and more). Non-stop Flights are available from Montreal and Toronto in Canada, as well as Paris and Amsterdam. Most flights go into the Juliana airport on the Dutch side (sxm). There is a small airport on the French side with local service.

U.S., Canadian and European Community citizens: A valid passport and a return/continuing ticket

Airport Departure Tax:

• For International destinations, there is a tax of US$20.00 for those age 2 and up.
• For islands within the Netherlands Antilles, the departure tax is US$6.00.
• Some airlines have made provisions to include the departure tax in your airline ticket.

Customers booking Simpson Beach Condos with us will qualify for a discounted car rental. Please ask us for rates.

• Simpson Beach Condos: If Simpson Beach #8 is not available or you would like a different unit please contact us anyway. We can book other condos on the property.
• Other Condos and Villas: We know St Martin / St. Maarten very well. Many of our vacations to the island are spent touring other hotels, condos and private homes. We would be happy to book other properties if Simpson Beach #8 is not suitable to your needs. Please contact us for suggestions.
